We Operate a strict terms and conditions policy
 
domestic customers will be invoiced at the time of the repair and payment in full taken either via secure chip & pin payment via card ,or cash ,strictly no cheques .
 
developers and phe contractors 30 days max terms after 30 days a late payment fee of £50 will be added to any invoice .
further non payment will result in county court judgement
we reserve the right then to charge interest on this amount .
 
 
We only fit parts after we have had your approval for us to do so, we never fit a part unless it is needed and approved by you. All of the parts we supply and fit we guarantee for 12 months for your piece of mind. From the date of repair ,this is not a rolling breakdown policy (if the same issue occurs within the specified 12 month period we will repair free of charge and guarantee it to the end of the original 12 month period only. NOT a further 12 months )
 
Guarantees only apply to breakdowns after repair being attended by connectheating any boiler worked on after repair by another engineer for the suspected same issue will render the guarantee void .
